- Braised Pork in Soy Sauce — Made of high – quality pork. It is slowly stewed in a sauce made of soy sauce, rock sugar, and other seasonings. The finished dish is bright red in color, with a rich and mellow taste. The pork is tender and juicy, melting in your mouth
